Shaojie Chi is based in Beijing and leads strategic relationships for BlueFive Capital with governments, private enterprises, and public institutions in China and across Asia. She previously worked for China Merchant Bank and Guosen Securities, both large state-owned companies in China, where she was responsible for the financing and listing of more than 100 large Chinese enterprises.

Shaojie holds an MA in Finance from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) and is Secretary General of its China Alumni Association. She is a Trustee of Hefeng Art Foundation.
