Sheikh Mohamed Isa Al Khalifa is a Bahraini executive with a track record of driving growth in complex business environments. Sheikh Mohamed worked for more than two decades at Bahrain’s national pension fund, the Social Insurance Organisation, most latterly as its Chief Executive Officer. He is currently Chairman of Oasis Capital, a private equity firm backed by GCC financial institutions and families that invests in companies in developed markets.

Sheikh Mohamed graduated from the University of Texas. His previous board positions include Bahrain Telecommunications Company (Batelco) and Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK), and he was a board member of Investcorp from 2008 to 2025.
