Ayesha Daya is based in Dubai and supports the Chief Executive with strategic initiatives, including corporate communications, and ensuring smooth organizational operations. She began her career as a journalist, serving as the Middle East energy correspondent for Bloomberg News. In 2012 she founded Kalima, a PR agency helping leaders at blue-chip organizations deliver their communications goals.

Ayesha holds a BA in French & Politics from Bristol University and an MA in Middle Eastern Studies from Harvard University. She hosts the Muslim Footprints podcast.
