Husain AlKoofi, Head of Compliance and MLRO, is based in Bahrain and serves as Head of Compliance & MLRO. Previously, Husain held senior compliance roles at Investcorp, where he managed compliance programmes for a diverse portfolio of regulated entities under the supervision of authorities including the Financial Services Regulatory Authority in Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority, and the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Husain holds a BA in Accounting & Finance from Leeds Metropolitan University and MBA from Strathclyde University. Husain is also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and holds the ICA International Diploma in Governance, Risk & Compliance.
