Lilly Kagwa is based in Dubai and leads human resources and administrative operations. Before joining BlueFive Capital, she was Head of Client Services at Neo Capital, where she led client management, investor reporting, operational systems, and corporate communications. She previously advised high-profile clients as a senior manager at a UK-based law firm.

Lilly holds an LLB from Southampton Solent University and an MBA Essentials from the LSE.
