Nikhila Jairaj is based in Dubai and is responsible for deal structuring at BlueFive Private Wealth. Before joining BlueFive, she served at Neo Capital, where she led investment structuring, cross-border tax initiatives, and systems implementation. She previously held senior roles at Goldman Sachs, overseeing fund accounting and financial reporting for private equity and real estate funds.

Nikhila is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Bangalore University.
